We are currently seeking research assistants (m/f/d) to join our Dispute Resolution team at our office in Stuttgart.

Our Expertise

Our main focus is representing domestic and international clients in complex disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals. We handle extensive and difficult cases, evaluate them legally, develop a litigation strategy, and then implement it. In addition to traditional litigation, our work also includes advising clients in all types of contentious situations.

Main Areas of Work

The main areas of our work include international civil procedure and arbitration law, disputes related to M&A transactions, as well as general contract and liability law. A large part of our work involves international matters, so knowledge of international private law and international investment protection law is also important.

Your Profile

In addition to one or two fully satisfactory state exams, you should have excellent English language skills and a strong academic background in a relevant field. You will be working closely with our team of experienced lawyers and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.
