Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently execute tile installations and repairs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage and organize all necessary tools and materials for each project
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver outstanding customer service while prioritizing safety
  • Utilize field service software and tablets to accurately track project progress and process payments
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in bath and shower tile installation and repair is essential
  • General knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work is advantageous
  • Must possess the required tools for tile installation and repair
  • Familiarity with various tools for home repair and maintenance projects is a plus
  • Strong mechanical skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic math and English proficiency
  • Demonstrated reliability, excellent time management, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and using tools safely
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
