Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and educate residents on their health
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel
- Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
