Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of veterinary technicians in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hospital efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Hospital Administrator to develop and implement business strategies to drive hospital growth and profitability.
  • Manage hospital operations, including staff management, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with DEA regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients.
Requirements
  • Two years of leadership experience in a veterinary hospital setting.
  • Five years of experience as a credentialed or registered veterinary technician.
  • Five years of supervisory experience in a veterinary hospital, with at least two years of experience working in an emergency or specialty veterinary hospital environment.
