We are seeking a dedicated Dental Anesthesiologist to be an integral part of our mission at Sunnybrook Dentistry & Braces, a Benevis company.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing high-level anesthesia care during office-based surgery days for pediatric patients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our pediatric dentists to ensure exceptional dental care experiences for children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized anesthesiology services within a dental practice, adapting to different clinical environments alongside a pediatric dentist.
  • Focus on patients who require more than local anesthesia, such as children with dental anxiety, pediatric patients, or those with specific physical or cognitive disabilities.

To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in anesthesiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with dental teams.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.
  • A current, valid medical or dental license in good standing.
  • Certifications: Licensure and Certifications as required.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with dental teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
