We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at the Residence Inn in Waynesboro. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guest arrival, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and replenishing toiletries.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
