About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and charismatic Pet Ambassador to represent a leading pet brand in a retail environment. As a Pet Ambassador, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, elevating sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the pet brand in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and client management
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Engage with customers and their pets in store to build brand awareness and affinity
  • Delight customers by making personalized recommendations for their pets' nutrition

Requirements

  • Passion for pets and the pet industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel to stores as needed
