Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide essential services in educational environments. The OT will support individuals facing physical, emotional, or developmental hurdles, working diligently to enhance their functional capabilities and foster independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations of clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to set treatment objectives and strategies.
  • Create tailored therapeutic programs focused on enhancing clients' functional skills, including daily living activities, fine motor coordination, mobility, and social interaction.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions and techniques, including exercise regimens, adaptive tools, and sensory integration methods.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in assessing and treating individuals with a variety of conditions and disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
