Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator - LPN is a key member of the Nano Nagle Village team, responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents. This role requires a strong understanding of geriatric care and the ability to coordinate care in an interdisciplinary manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform professional nursing functions, utilizing the nursing process to provide total nursing care to residents.
  • Coordinate care in an interdisciplinary manner and be responsible for the outcome of nursing care delivered.
  • Demonstrate leadership and coach other staff members.
  • Promote and nurture Nano Nagle Village's philosophy of resident-centered care.
  • Support the Presentation and Benedictine Sisters' philosophy, mission, objectives, and values of stewardship, hospitality, and compassion as they relate to the health care ministry.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
  • Associate's degree required.
  • 8 annual CEU's.
  • 3 - 5 years nursing experience in Assisted Living preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • Must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
  • 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Occasional call time (Will respond to after-hour calls from facility if unable to handle the situation. May require you to come in after hours or pick up some floor-scheduled shifts if needed)
Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $36.50 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
