About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the bakery meets the member's expectations.
  • Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Develop and implement creative designs for bakery items, using a variety of products and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies, adapting to changes in the bakery industry.
  • Drive sales and improve the shopping experience through digital tools and data analysis.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
