Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Monroe County Hospital. As an Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our emergency department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care and interventions as needed.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as necessary.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
  5. Float among various clinical services, providing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  1. Minimum Associate degree in nursing.
  2. Current, valid certification in the state of Georgia as Registered Nurse.
  3. Current, valid AHA Healthcare Provider training (BCLS and ACLS).
