Job Opportunity: Vascular Sonographer

NASC GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Vascular Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular services department, you will be responsible for performing daily clinical operations and technical procedures, including peripheral vascular, venous reflux, and carotid ultrasound.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging procedures in accordance with lab protocols and standard practices.
  • Assist physicians during vein center procedures.
  • Review patient information and orders at the time of the procedure.
  • Download examination images and data into the PACs system.
  • Mentor and evaluate ultrasound students as required.
Requirements:
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Successful completion of a CAAHEP-approved school of ultrasound or cardiovascular technology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • High school graduate or GED equivalency.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional cardiovascular sonography work experience.
