Dietitian Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Consultant to join our team at California State University. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care in nutrition assessment and counseling, coordinating Medical Nutrition Therapy workshops, and supervising students in the Dietetic Internship program.

• Provide patient care in nutrition assessment and counseling
• Coordinate Medical Nutrition Therapy workshops
• Supervise students in the Dietetic Internship program
• Implement wellness clinic programs and workshops

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist required
• Master's degree in Nutrition or Public Health preferred
• 1-2 years minimum experience in clinical setting and patient care
• Strong knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy and online assessment and documentation

The successful candidate will work in a busy environment and be required to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and students.

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour and a range of benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
