Job Summary:

Petro Home Services is seeking a highly skilled Propane Coordinator to join our team. As a Propane Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our propane delivery and service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor new accounts and ensure timely delivery of propane and services
  • Prepare and process delivery and billing documents
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service delivery
  • Assist with training and development of new team members
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web navigation
