Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Arrow Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care, including preparing patients for procedures and assisting with post-procedure care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize lab efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CRT) or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist (CIRT).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting, with a focus on cardiovascular interventions.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
