- Certifications are necessary only if not EM boarded
- ABPS certification is not recognized for EM Board Certification
- Candidates must provide availability dates at least 2 months in advance
- 12-hour shifts are not available; candidates must be flexible with the specified shift times
- DEA Certification Required
- Necessary Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Coverage Details:
- Full-time position requiring 300 hours per month
- Minimum commitment of 133 hours per month
- Open to candidates who need to obtain licensure
- Estimated Shifts per Month: 15
- EMR/Charting System: Cerner
Typical Responsibilities:
- Providing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Must be adaptable to the listed shift times; 12-hour shifts or longer cannot be accommodated
- Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM, 10 PM - 7 AM, 11 AM - 7 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 4 PM - 12 AM, 6 AM - 3 PM, 6 PM - 2 AM, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 10 PM - 7 AM, 11 AM - 7 PM, 1 PM - 9 PM, 2 PM - 11 PM, 5 PM - 2 AM, 6 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Will not work independently
- No on-call responsibilities
Practice Setup:
- Adult Patient Percentage: 90%
- Pediatric Patient Percentage: 10%
