Job Overview:

Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson, a proud member of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently in search of a Barback for the vibrant Saints & Sinners Pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock the liquor room and bar(s) with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the liquor room and beer coolers, through regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
  • Ensure the bar is properly set up each day, including the stocking of beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on anticipated demand and events.
  • Provide accurate inventory updates at the end of each shift.
  • Comply with all state, federal, and local regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Be knowledgeable about safety and emergency procedures, as well as accident prevention protocols.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a barback is preferred.
  • Strong guest service and time management skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid TIPS and/or ServSafe certification is a plus.
