Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • PharmD degree (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in a hospital or advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE) in a clinical setting
  • PA Pharmacist License (required)
  • BLS certification (preferred)
