We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to join our team at Pkaza LLC, a third-party employment firm specializing in Critical Facilities Engineering Design and Commissioning. As a MEP Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of MEP construction projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise field activities associated with MEP construction projects, including supervision of electrical and mechanical subcontractors and self-performed work.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor assistant project managers and other field personnel.
- Maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
- 5+ years of commercial/Critical Facilities MEP construction experience.
- Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) experience a plus.
- Detailed understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems, including integrated testing, MOPs/SOPs of installation, functionality, and troubleshooting.
- Budget responsibilities in excess of $10 million to $50 million.
- Experience in directing and/or supporting the commissioning effort.
- Solid presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools.
- Previous administrative experience managing change orders, billing, creating reports, etc.
