Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waxing Specialist to join our team. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing services to our clients, ensuring a 5-star guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality waxing services to clients, including speed-waxing and other specialized techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and self-marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest waxing techniques and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current esthetician or cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance during working hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor.
  • Ability to grow and maintain a client base through self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives.
