Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership in clinical and education initiatives to promote quality improvement and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with administrative leaders, educators, nurses, and physicians to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to the advancement of nursing practice at the unit, system, local, state, national, and international levels.
- Participate in and lead organizational and hospital-based professional activities to maintain and/or contribute knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.
- Direct and manage process improvement projects and initiatives that align with Emory Healthcare's strategic plan for innovation in healthcare.
- Professional Nursing Certification required (CCRN, CEN, OCN, etc.).
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Three years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse with at least two years of recent experience in the area of concentration.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
