What We Offer:
  • $90 per completed visit.
  • $25 no-show fees.
  • Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 35 miles traveled daily.
Program Details:
  • Onboarding and training targeted for completion by late August.
  • Program launch targeted for early September.
  • New Hampshire locations, with members residing throughout the state.
