About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Navarro Regional Hospital. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearJob Description

As a Critical Care Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide education and support
Requirements:
  • Current Texas Nursing License
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS, PALS & ACLS certification
  • TNCC certification within six months
