US Renal Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients living with kidney disease.
- Conduct thorough physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring patients during treatment and ensuring quality renal care.
- Administer medications according to physician orders and complete monthly reviews of patient medication profiles.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide all required patient assessment and care planning activities.
- Ensure center staffing requirements are met at all times under the direction of the Administrator and according to state regulations for staffing ratios.
Requirements
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.
