Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Vibrant Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our patient-centered medical home, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for assisting patients during intake appointments, obtaining and documenting accurate vitals, and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and document accurate patient vitals, including height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, and other measurements.
  • Ask screening questions and document answers as assigned by the supervisor or Clinical Nurse.
  • Take notes about patient concerns or questions for the provider.
  • Ensure that patient rooms are cleaned, organized, and maintained throughout the day.
  • Assist Medical Assistants and Providers with tasks within their scope of practice as needed.
  • Chaperone for patient procedures and sensitive exams.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Certified Nurse's Aid Program.
  • Active CNA license in the state of Kansas.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
