Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This role focuses on providing long-term primary care services to patients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB, while offering evidence-based vaccine counseling and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:
  • The LPN must possess a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
  • Phlebotomy certification or experience is preferred; if lacking experience, the candidate must complete internal phlebotomy training.
  • Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings is required.

Education Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Practical or Vocational Nursing recognized by the State Agency or the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)).
