Position Overview:
The Evening Turndown Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a welcoming and comfortable environment in their accommodations. This position adheres to the high standards and protocols established by Forbes, AAA, and Preferred Hotels and Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both occupied and vacant guest rooms, aligning with the quality benchmarks set by supervisory staff during training.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Organize toiletries, clothing, and personal items to meet established standards.
  • Restock amenities and terry items as needed.
  • Efficiently prepare beds for the evening, ensuring they meet appearance standards.
  • Clear room service trays and items from public areas and coordinate their removal.
  • Conduct thorough checks of completed work areas and ensure proper placement of amenities in each guest room before proceeding to the next task.
  • Complete all assigned guest rooms, providing continuous updates on status. Return devices at the end of the shift with accurate status notes, including relevant information for guest profiles.
  • Organize supply closets and workspaces to ensure the Housekeeping Department operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
