Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Nurse Case Manager who is passionate about assisting injured workers and managing workers' compensation cases. This role is home-based, requiring travel to various healthcare facilities. The Case Manager will oversee the medical management of work-related injuries, which encompasses assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of care for injured or disabled individuals. Collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare professionals, legal representatives, employers, and employees is essential, along with continuous monitoring of the injured worker's progress and reporting outcomes to relevant parties.

- Current, unrestricted compact registered nurse (RN) license in the relevant states.
- Proven experience in catastrophic case management within the workers' compensation sector, which may include:
- Critical care, catastrophic injury/illness management, and/or disability management experience.
- Clinical expertise in areas such as acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, and burns.
- Required certifications: CCM, CRRN, COHN, or COHN-S.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours to accommodate claim needs.
- Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, adherence to timelines, proficiency with technology, and effective communication (both written and verbal).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
