Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Spear Memorial Hospital. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a strong background in clinical nursing practices. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing patient-centered care, incorporating evidence-based practices and research findings to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery and effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Assuming charge nurse duties as needed, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will hold a valid Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire. Relevant certifications, such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP, are also required. We value professionals who demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
