Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our parking team as a Parking Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the parking manager in overseeing all parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Vehicle Traffic

Direct motorists to parking areas and parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.

Maintain Parking Areas

Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure maximum space usage.

Operate Barricades

Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.

Support Sustainability Efforts

Participate in our venue's sustainability program by implementing waste reduction and recycling initiatives.

Provide Excellent Guest Service

Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner.

Perform Other Duties

Assist with other tasks assigned by the parking manager or supervisor.

Requirements

  • Age Requirement

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Customer Service Experience

Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Creative Problem-Solving

Must have creative problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills

Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Judgment and Diplomacy

A strong sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy is necessary.

Teamwork

Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Demands

Position requires constant walking, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
