A Room Attendant is primarily tasked with ensuring that guest accommodations, hallways, and communal areas within the hotel are kept clean and inviting. This role involves daily servicing of guest rooms in line with hotel protocols, stocking the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, changing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities while adhering to company standards and safety/security guidelines.
Occasionally, this position may also entail performing 'deep cleaning' tasks within guest rooms alongside preventative maintenance duties.

Must perform well in high-pressure situations.

Essential Duties:
Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling, which may vary based on hotel needs.
Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand standards).
Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including but not limited to preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.
Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
May be required to disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms to facilitate deep cleaning.
Deep cleaning tasks may include, but are not limited to, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls/moldings, addressing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.
