Key Responsibilities- Incorporate appropriate assessments and intervention skills in all interactions and delivery of nursing care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and management in a timely manner.
- Document patient care in a complete and timely manner, utilizing computer charting and ordering systems.
- Apply critical thinking skills and consider alternative solutions.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to manage a multitask workload, ensuring efficient delivery of care for multiple patient assignments.
- Develop and maintain strong human care relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or active Compact State RN license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) required.
