Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hickam Communities LLC.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of building structures, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Respond to service calls and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, or electrical trades; basic hand tool proficiency essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications.
