About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Beaufort, South Carolina. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years' experience in paraprofessional or special education settings. You will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Behavior Plans: Apply behavioral intervention plans to help clients achieve their personal goals and milestones.
  • Supporting Clients: Provide one-on-one support to clients, focusing on enhancing their behavioral, social, and communication skills.
  • Data Collection: Monitor and record client progress, documenting behavior and response to interventions accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with families and team members to ensure a consistent approach to behavior management and therapy.

Compensation Package
