We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Conduct Focused Interviews: Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor Patient Progress: Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Document Patient Information: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Perform Other LPN Duties: Assist with other LPN duties as assigned by management.
- Current LPN License: Possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state in which you practice.
- Health Certificate: Hold a current Health Certificate (per facility).
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Possess a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior LPN experience preferred.
Our homecare LPN positions offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle. You will work a flexible schedule, including:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
- Sunday - Friday, 10pm - 8am
As a Maxim Healthcare Services LPN, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $28 - $32 per hour.
