We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Travel Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Pediatric Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents in various settings, including hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide age-appropriate care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist patients in feeling comfortable during examinations and procedures.
  • Perform physical, medical, and diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Assess patients for critical signs and symptoms, and provide timely interventions.
  • Collaborate with treating physicians to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients' family members, promoting their understanding of the patient's condition and treatment plan.
Requirements:
  • BLS and PALS certifications.
  • 2 years of recent acute care experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, as well as bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier patients.
  • Exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases may be a hazard of the job.

Please note that additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
