Job Description

The Business Development Manager (Americas) will play a critical role in implementing new business initiatives within large accounts and identifying new sales and customer growth opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of EMEA and other internal stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility of new markets and entry options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise RightShip's profile, grow RightShip's customer portfolio, and deliver strong sales performance in the Americas region.
  • Identify priority growth areas and help develop and implement business development plans.
  • Evaluate and identify market opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility of new markets and entry options.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen with a penchant for data and insights to support innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently in the region to grow RightShip's footprint.
