Roving Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Roving Personal Banker. As a key member of our branch network, you will provide exceptional customer service and support across various locations within a specific geography.

• Provide temporary coverage for branches within your assigned geography, ensuring seamless customer service and support.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized service.
• Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to effectively connect customers with relevant offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
