Maintenance Director/Supervisor Position Overview
  • At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance assistant or supervisor in a skilled nursing setting.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as email, internet usage, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with Life Safety requirements, providing a safe environment for residents, family members, and team members.
  • Responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior physical environment to meet administrators', Life Safety, and Touchstone's expectations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly to assist in cost reduction and savings.
  • Ensure all paperwork, including the Life Safety Book and TELS maintenance program, is up-to-date and ready for survey at any time.
