Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to join our team as a Medical Imaging Technologist. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients of all ages, from newborns to adults
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
  • Ability to lift and move patients, as well as stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
