Job Description

Job Summary:

Rainbo Oil is seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including gas stations, restaurants, and other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including HVAC systems, gas pumps, and car washes.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Interact with store managers and team members to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and that preventive maintenance is up to date.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform simple calculations of volume, length, and weight.
  • Ability to perform operations with units such as cups, pints, and quarts.
  • Ability to complete the physical demands of the job.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HVAC general troubleshooting and gas pump repair.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs.
