Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $13.50 per hour, which will be adjusted to $15 per hour after January 1st due to minimum wage changes.

Responsibilities
  1. Safety First: Follow established safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for customers and employees.
  2. Cleaning Services: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing, and dusting.
  3. Trash Management: Collect trash and maintain clean trash containers.
  4. Maintenance and Repairs: Use proper methods and materials to clean and care for buildings, equipment, and storage areas.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1-3 months of related experience and/or training is required.
Work Environment

The work environment is generally moderate, with occasional exposure to chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
