A challenging leadership role has become available for a skilled Pelvic Floor and/or Lymphedema Therapist to take on the position of Director of Pelvic Health at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network. Reporting directly to the hospital's administration, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the hospital's pelvic health program.

Salary
The salary for this role is estimated to be in the range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive compensation package includes benefits such as affordable health insurance, generous levels of time off, and a matching 401k plan.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a current license as an OT or PT from NH/MA and a minimum of 2 years' pertinent clinical and/or management experience. They will also possess strong leadership skills, including effective communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain programs that are congruent with the hospital's mission and objectives.
