1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Finance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of S Corp, HNW, individual tax returns, financial planning and analysis, fiduciary responsibilities, estate tax submissions, and investment management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to cultivate robust relationships with clients.
- Proficient in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data.
- Able to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Strong commitment to professional excellence and client service.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
