This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager oversees the service advisor team, develops sales strategies, and works closely with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair, tire technology, or a related field
  • TIA certification with company support and assistance
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • At least 3 years prior experience in a service management role, ideally within the automotive or related industries

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location.
