Trackman Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Data Insights Coordinator to join our team at Prep Baseball Tournaments. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for baseball with your expertise in data analysis and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, analyzing TrackMan data, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance the playing experience. You'll work closely with our content and social teams to create engaging content, collaborate with tournament personnel to analyze data, and facilitate communication between coaching staff, players, and media partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day operations, including data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance the playing experience.
• Collaborating with the content and social team to create, edit, and deliver video playlists.
• Maintaining accurate records of team rosters, game results, and player statistics.
• Facilitating communication between coaching staff, players, and media partners to ensure seamless data distribution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sports management or data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of baseball operations, amateur scouting, player development, or baseball analytics.
• Proficiency with computers (Windows, Mac) and baseball technology.
• Ability to work outside traditional work hours, including nights and weekends.

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
