We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of installing and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

The HVAC Installation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings
  • Communicating effectively with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Ensuring work is performed in accordance with industry standards
  • Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a current HVAC Journeyman's license
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC installation
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers
  • Have a strong mechanical background
  • Be able to lift and move heavy objects
  • Pass a background check and drug-screen
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and phone etiquette
  • Show a high level of organization and ability to work independently
  • Work standard hours from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
