Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Cynet Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead business analysis and process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
* Develop and maintain business cases and project plans
* Conduct requirements gathering and design thinking workshops
* Manage functional product backlogs and support in maintaining functional designs
* Create and manage user stories and validate development and test scenarios
* Provide strong communication skills to provide show and tell to business, knowledge transfer to development and testing teams
* Experience in a Scrum Master role in software development is preferred

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain
* Strong knowledge of tech stack including Java, Spring Boot, Angular
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to create, organize, and manage test designing/planning
* Experience in creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases
* Ability to handle changes and conduct regression testing
