About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Tele Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.
