Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment.
- Assist radiologists and other healthcare professionals in the interpretation of ultrasound images and reports.
- Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient for optimal image quality.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Ultrasound Program.
- Registry as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) required.
- Minimum one year of work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
